Spell Check Lexicons
All of Cheetah’s spelling lexicons are designed for use with Cheetah products only. They are currently compatible with TurboCAT, SmartCAT, and CAPtivator Offline Edit.
MediLEX
Medical Word List
This list of about 100,000 medical terms includes everything from basic words such as "heme" and "ion," through words like "meningoencephalomyeloradiculoneuritis," "chondromyxohemangioendotheliosarcomata," and others. It checks embedded capitalization in words like "cDNA" and "kVp" as well.
MediLEX occupies approximately 350Kb of disk space when installed.
PharmaLEX
Pharmaceutical Word List
When dealing with pharmaceutical trade names, it becomes especially important to use an up-to-date lexicon like PharmaLEX. It contains over 20,000 words, with appropriate embedded capitalization to handle trade names like "DuPont," "cytaBOM," and "pHisoDerm."

LegaLEX
Legal Word List
This is a list of over 24,000 legal words, replete with Latin and specialty terminology such as "accroissement," "operarii," and "praecepta."

TechnoLEX
Technology Word List
This is a list of over 48,000 technical terms from all branches of science and technology. It includes everything from biological and chemical terms like "absorptiometric," "zygomorphic" and "titration," to computer and electronics words like "mho," "PROM," and "bipolar."
TechnoLEX occupies approximately 200Kb of disk space when installed.
SuperLEX+
Extended Word List
The 265,000-word SuperLEX is now included as a standard part of SmartCAT. It contains a solid base of English words, with a good collection of medical terminology as well.
